Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)
The MCC is an independent U.S. foreign aid agency delivering grants to countries that have a demonstrated commitment to promoting good governance and economic reform. To date, MCC has approved over US$7.4 billion in compact and threshold programs.
Organization of American States (OAS)
The Organization of American States (OAS) was founded in 1948 and is the oldest regional organization in the world. The mission of the OAS is to achieve among its member states "an order of peace and justice, to promote their solidarity, to strengthen their collaboration, and to defend their sovereignty, their territorial integrity, and their independence".
