The aerospace sector is critically important to Canada’s economy and consistently ranks as one of the country’s top manufacturing sectors. In 2012, sector revenues exceeded $22.0 billion, and 80% of this sector’s output is exported. Aerospace employs, directly and indirectly, 160,000 Canadians. The Canadian aerospace sector consists of companies involved in aerospace research, design, manufacture, operation, training, technical and business services, and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO).
This group will connect you to Canada’s network of global aerospace Trade Commissioners and other key stakeholders that will help you to expand and grow in new markets. Members will learn about business opportunities they may not otherwise have access to, learn about upcoming events and activities and advance their understanding of doing business in global aerospace markets.
