The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service is dedicated to delivering high quality, value-added services in response to evolving client needs. In an effort to ensure that we are fulfilling our mandate and objectives in an effective and efficient manner, the TCS is currently undertaking a comprehensive survey of Canadian clients and partners.
The survey is expected to help understand the drivers of service quality, level of adherence to service standards and contribution to our clients' commercial results.
The services of the public opinion research firm, TNS Canadian Facts have been retained as part of the survey to host a secure website and administer telephone interviews on behalf of the TCS in an objective and independent manner.
The completion date for the on-going survey has been extended to Wednesday, November 25, 2009. We will be posting the key findings of the survey on this webpage as soon as the results are available. Hence, we encourage you to visit this webpage periodically from early-December onwards.
