The Business Women in International Trade (BWIT) program invites you to participate in a free webinar to learn more about the multi-sector trade mission we are organizing with the Women's Enterprise Organizations of Canada (WEOC) to attend the 2017 WBENC National Conference and Business Fair in Las Vegas in June.
This webinar will provide information on what to expect by focusing on:
- How to prepare your “elevator” pitch;
- How to maximize your time while in Las Vegas.
- Guest Speaker: Marla Kott, CEO of Imprint Plus, a leading Canadian manufacturer of customized, re-usable, magnetic name badge and signage. Marla has attended WBENC in the past and is excited to share some trade show “best practices” during the webinar.

Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) National Conference and Business Fair in Las Vegas, Nevada (June 18-22, 2017): The world’s largest conference targeted to women who want to access supplier diversity opportunities through U.S. Fortune 500 companies will be held this year at the Mandalay Bay Conference Centre. This dynamic conference will feature three days of acclaimed speakers, executive workshops, matchmaking, and networking opportunities, including the WBENC Business Fair - with more than 300 exhibitors and procurement specialists. Participation in the BWIT Trade Mission provides access to programming designed specifically for Canadian women-owned businesses.
Key elements of Canadian Programming organized by BWIT: June 18 evening - meet and mingle with Canadian delegation; June 20 evening - Canadian Government Reception for you to network with your target invitees; June 21 all day - BWIT Canada Booth at the Business Fair for WEConnect International-certified businesses to place samples and promo materials; Trade Commissioners on-site June 18-22 to assist you at all times.
There are no fees to receive services provided by BWIT and the Trade Commissioner Service. Delegates are responsible for covering the cost of their travel and accommodations as well as the WBENC conference registration fee.
