Event Description:
The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service (TCS), through the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong and Macao, is calling for applications to participate in the Canadian ICT Business Delegation to Hong Kong during the Retail Asia Conference & Expo (RACE) which will take place on September 6-8, 2022 in Hong Kong.
This event aims to:
- facilitate Canadian ICT companies in building business networks
- increase knowledge of the opportunities in Hong Kong
- raise Canada’s profile as a source of innovative technologies in the respective sectors in Hong Kong
RACE2022 focuses on the retail market’s digital transformation and post pandemic technology adoption. Retailers and consumers alike are embracing digital channels, combining online-offline, Omnichannel, shopping convenience and experiential retailing. RACE is the platform where industry players from Retail Technology and Internet Retailing will demonstrate their capabilities.
Itinerary and program:
- Pre-event market briefing and market potential assessment
- All Canadian TCS clients selected (both physical and virtual) will be featured in the e-directory promoting Canadian technologies to stakeholders in Hong Kong
- Personalized business matching service with potential partners and customers in Hong Kong
- Each participating company able to join in person will be allocated an information counter in the Canadian Pavilion
- Conference speaking opportunity, subject to selection process by the conference organizer

- Complete and submit application to Eunice Wong no later than 23:59 EST July 5, 2022 (Tuesday)
