Indo-Pacific AgeTech Canadian Technology Accelerator

The population aged 60 and above in the Indo‑Pacific region is expected to reach 1.3 billion by 2050. Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong represent some of the fastest aging and most advanced “silver economies” globally, creating a strong demand for innovation in eldercare, digital health, and age-friendly technologies.

Across the four markets, governments are actively investing in ageing-in-place solutions and long-term care systems to address workforce shortages, rising healthcare costs and chronic disease burden.

To help Canadian companies pursue these opportunities, the Indo-Pacific Agetech Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) invites you to join its business development program, funded by Global Affairs Canada. Participating companies will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

This program connects Canadian AgeTech startups and young small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to leading corporations and partners across the Indo-Pacific seeking to adopt advanced health technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Participants can strengthen their market entry strategy, build innovation capacity, and fast-track commercialization. You will be in a better position to compete and scale in one of the region’s fastest growing healthcare markets.
