Event description

This study fair is organized by Keibunsha, a publisher of study-abroad magazines and an organizer of study abroad events in Japan, with the assistance of the Embassy of Canada to Japan. The study in Canada promotion events consists of four major parts:

  • Canadian institution information published on the campaign website (in Japanese only) for 12 months from September 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026
  • Welcome reception at the Canadian Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka on October 10, 2025 for the Osaka Fair participants
  • 4 hour in-person Study in Canada Fair in Osaka, October 11, 2025 (Saturday)
  • 5 hour in-person Study in Canada Fair in Tokyo, October 13, 2025 (Monday, Public Holiday)

There are only a few recruitment fairs for Canadian institutions to attend in Japan right now. This is the only major Canada-focused recruitment fair in Japan this fall.

Canadian institutions will have the opportunity to provide detailed information to interested students and parents in Japan. Event organizers will provide each Canadian representative with an interpreter to facilitate communication amongst the institutions and Japanese participants. Participants will learn general information on studying abroad in Canada from various seminars presented by Embassy representatives, including a representative from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

The campaign website (Japanese only) for this event will be open for 12 months, to allow continued access to the information of the Canadian institutions.

Please note that this is not an EduCanada B2B event.
