Event description

The Marine Renewables Canada 2025 conference and exhibition is Canada’s leading event focused on offshore wind, tidal, wave, and river current energy. It brings together Canadian and international industry stakeholders to explore opportunities, share insights, and advance marine renewable energy development. The event features:

  • workshops
  • exhibition and trade show
  • networking events
  • an international business program designed to foster global collaboration

The Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) will play a key role in the conference through several initiatives. The TCS will take part in the international roundtable, delivering opening remarks alongside Marine Renewables Canada and facilitating curated discussions with international delegates. A TCS-branded business-to-business (B2B) meeting space will be available to support targeted matchmaking between Canadian companies and global stakeholders. Additionally, the TCS will host a booth on the conference floor to support for Canadian exporters and engage with industry participants.

Indigenous Business Pavilion

Indigenous organizations are actively involved in the Marine Renewables Canada Conference through a dedicated Indigenous Business Pavilion, which showcases Indigenous-owned companies and offers free exhibitor space. The event also features a workshop focused on integrating Mi’kmaq values and leadership into ocean energy development, promoting collaboration through principles like Netukulimk and Etuaptmumk.

  • Pavilion/exhibit: Showcase your company at the Canada Pavillion where your organization can have a booth located in a high-traffic area.
  • Networking opportunities: Join TCS-hosted networking sessions to connect with key industry players, government representatives, and global leaders, fostering collaborations that support international growth.
