Event description

Space Tech Expo Europe is the largest space industry event in Europe, taking place from  November 18 to 20, 2025 in Bremen, Germany. The previous edition welcomed over 800 exhibitors and 10,000 attendees, making it a key platform for networking and space technology innovation.

This event offers a valuable opportunity for Canadian companies to connect with potential buyers and strategic partners in the European space market. Participants will have the chance to:

  • explore the tradeshow floor featuring cutting-edge technologies
  • attend industry-leading conferences
  • experience live demonstrations of innovative space products and services
  • join the Canada Seminar and Networking event organized by the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) on November 19

This year’s program includes three dedicated conferences focusing on:

  • industry
  • SmallSats
  • connectivity

These sessions will provide insights into emerging trends and challenges, with a comprehensive overview of the entire space value chain, from the space segment and data services to downstream applications and end-users.

Canadian Trade Commissioners from Europe will attend the event and host a business-to-government (B2G) “Export Café” alongside the event. This session will allow Canadian space companies to meet one-on-one with Trade Commissioners to discuss their international business plans, activities, and innovative technologies.

Trade Commissioners will also be available throughout the show to help connect Canadian clients with companies from their respective markets. This offers a great opportunity for Canadian firms to strengthen their global business development efforts at a major international space sector event.

Participating companies can meet with Trade Commissioners from:

  • Germany
  • France
  • Spain
  • Italy
  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Sweden
  • Poland
  • Israel

There will also be a Canada Seminar and networking event, featuring presentations from space organizations in the countries listed above on how they collaborate with companies. Additionally, Canadian firms will have the chance to pitch their solutions to relevant attendees (maximum 3 minutes).
