Event description

The Accélérateur canadien des industries créatives (ACIC) is an intensive and competitive program. It helps high-potential Canadian companies prepare for and grow in international markets. 

The pilot project focuses on fiction series, and will take place over a three-week period in a hybrid format, featuring:

  • online meetings (videoconferences)
  • in-person meetings in Lille and/or Paris

It is organized alongside the Séries Mania Forum 2026, scheduled for March 24 to 26 in Lille.

Pilot project objectives

The pilot project aims to: 

  • develop business relationships with French and European partners;
  • strengthen the internationalization capacity of Canadian companies;
  • test a replicable and flexible program model to meet the needs of Canadian companies in future iterations of the ACIC.

  • Business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking: The TCS organizes curated B2B meetings, connecting Canadian companies with international partners, investors, and clients to explore new business opportunities.
  • Networking opportunities: Join TCS-hosted networking sessions to connect with key industry players, government representatives, and global leaders, fostering collaborations that support international growth.
  • Site visits
  • Product pitches to select audiences

Canada’s Trade Commissioner Service provides free services to Canadian exporters and companies that meet its criteria.
