The Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) in Los Angeles and Mexico City are organizing in-person Energy Storage and Grid Tech Roadshows, in collaboration with local utilities and other major organizations.
Participating companies will have opportunities to pitch their solutions to local buyers and build connections with public- and private-sector stakeholders shaping the future of energy development in the Southwestern United States (U.S.) and Mexico.
Companies should ideally have experience doing business in the U.S. Applications will be reviewed by the TCS in Los Angeles and Mexico City. Eight to 10 Canadian companies will be selected to participate.
Selected companies will have an opportunity to receive feedback on their pitches before the roadshows and will pitch their solutions during the program.
Participants must commit to at least one of the following:
- Southwestern U.S. program (2 days in Southern California and 2 days in Arizona)
- Mexico City program
Companies are encouraged to participate in both the Southwestern U.S. and Mexico City programs but may apply to participate in only one.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. Local transportation between scheduled meetings and some meals will be provided by the Consulate or Embassy as part of the program.
