Event description

AAHAR, India’s largest annual food and hospitality trade show, offers Canadian agri-food exporters a prime opportunity to explore one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer markets.

The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service (TCS), in collaboration with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, the High Commission of Canada, provincial partners, and industry associations, will once again organize a Canada Pavilion to showcase high-quality Canadian products.

Canada has maintained a strong presence at AAHAR for 10 years, with many Canadian companies successfully introducing products such as seafood, edible oils, frozen fruit, and packaged foods to Indian importers and distributors.

At the show, Canadian companies will connect directly with India’s food industry leaders, including:

  • importers
  • distributors
  • retailers
  • hospitality groups
  • potential joint venture partners

Participants in the Canada Pavilion will benefit from dedicated booth space and setup support. Additionally, there will also be a curated business program featuring an information session, retail tour, and networking events, along with on-site guidance from Trade Commissioners to help businesses explore business opportunities in India’s dynamic food market.

With high demand for imported agri-food and seafood products, AAHAR provides an excellent platform for Canadian exporters to showcase their products, build valuable relationships, and grow their presence in one of the world’s most promising markets.

To participate in the event with support from the TCS, Canadian businesses can register using the button below. Alternatively, if you are a Canadian Food Exporters Association (CFEA) member, you can reach out to Ms. Susan Powell (susan@cfea.com) to arrange registration.
