Seafood Expo Global and Seafood Processing Global (SEG) 2026 is the world’s largest and most diverse seafood trade event, hosting more than 35,000 seafood industry professionals. 

For 3 days, seafood suppliers and buyers around the world discuss the latest food trends and innovations and explore future solutions to the  sector’s major challenges. 

The conference programme includes over 20 educational sessions presented by international experts. Topics include:  

  • aquaculture
  • automation and machine learning
  • supply chain traceability
  • sustainability
  • innovation
  • global markets
  • regulatory trends

The show also hosts the esteemed Seafood Excellence Global Awards, recognising innovation, quality, and market potential in seafood products. 

The Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) in Spain will organise several activities for Canadian stakeholders around the world’s largest seafood event. The programme will include a business development session to address the challenges and opportunities of the fish and seafood industry in Europe and a Canadian networking reception.
