Event description

The CUSMA SME Dialogue is an annual trilateral event organized by the CUSMA SME Committee. It brings together approximately 200 SMEs and SME stakeholders from Canada, the United States, and Mexico to discuss SME competitiveness under CUSMA. The 5th CUSMA SME Dialogue will be hosted by the Government of Mexico.

The event gives SMEs an opportunity to provide their views directly to senior government representatives from Canada, the United States and Mexico on matters related to CUSMA, including its implementation and further modernization. Delegates will be able to participate in a business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking activity, networking receptions, and a full day of discussions with SMEs and SME stakeholders from across North America.

This event is in person only. There is no cost to register, however, delegates must finance their own participation, including travel and lodging.

The target sectors for B2B matchmaking are:

  • agribusiness
  • electromobility
  • automotive
  • manufacturing
  • textiles

SMEs and SME stakeholders outside these sectors are also encouraged to apply, as the Dialogue's panel discussions are relevant to all sectors of Canada's economy, including service providers.
