Event description

The health.tech Global Summit was launched through a joint venture between leading European event organizers to drive the future of healthcare innovation in Europe.

The event will bring together senior decision-makers from:

  • health systems
  • the pharmaceutical sector
  • startups
  • the public sector
  • academia

Participants will work together to move from insight to action across care delivery, commercial strategy, innovation and investment. health.tech is designed to offer a complete and immersive experience. Attendees will benefit from hands-on learning, high-level discussions, opportunities for discovery, partnership development and investor engagement.

By taking part in health.tech alongside the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS), Canadian companies can explore trade and collaboration opportunities in Europe with local support from our team.

Canada Zone

The TCS in Switzerland has organized a Canada Zone at health.tech that will support 5 startups free of charge, selected based on the "Who should apply” prerequisites, and on a first-come-first-served basis.  Participating Canadian businesses will have access to the full startup package that includes:

  • 4 attendee tickets
  • company kiosk stand
  • company profile on webpage and event app
  • access to the startup studio
  • access to the Investors Speed Dating Program (spots are limited)
  • first round of review for the startup reward

The same startup package is offered to all other eligible startups at a reduced cost of CHF 2000 (regular rate is CHF 3500) once the 5 spots are filled.

  • Business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking: The TCS organizes curated B2B meetings, connecting Canadian companies with international partners, investors, and clients to explore new business opportunities.
  • Pavilion/exhibit: Showcase your company at the Canada Pavillion where your organization can have a booth located in a high-traffic area.
  • Networking opportunities: Join TCS-hosted networking sessions to connect with key industry players, government representatives, and global leaders, fostering collaborations that support international growth.
