• Send an inquiry using the information request form and you will receive a response within 48 hours; or 
• Contact the TCS regional office in Canada closest to you

• Canadian businesses searching for alternate suppliers due to the interruption of trade with Russia are encouraged to consult first with the relevant chamber of commerce or Canadian business association to see if the product might be available in Canada

• Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada's Canadian Importers Database provides a list of companies that are existing importers of many products. Enter the HS code of the product of interest to find the names of potential suppliers.
• If no Canadian supplier is available, you may wish to contact one of the following export promotion agencies of a country which supplies similar products:
  • France: Business France Canada
  • Germany: Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce
  • Japan: Japan External Trade Organization Canada
  • Mexico: Mexican Embassy in Ottawa
  • South Korea: Korea Trade and Investment Agency
  • United Kingdom: Department of International Trade - Buy from the UK
  • United States: US Department of Agriculture – Taste USA
