It helped that I actually knew the programs that they were talking about, because if you don’t know what Doctor Who is, you’re not going to be able to give out any advice about where they sell his coats. So my local knowledge about Doctor Who stores in the UK helped. We connected this company to the right contacts and helped them think about where to manufacture in the UK.
