The Canadian Technology Accelerators (CTA) global business development program will give you the knowledge and connections you need to enter this exciting market.

Who should apply
We are looking for high-potential Canadian digital health companies who have one or more of the following technologies:
- medical devices (including equipment for medical diagnosis)
- software, apps, artificial intelligence, augmented reality
- telemedicine
Your company must have:
- a differentiated and validated technology or product
- a proven product market fit with a defined target audience
- the ability to articulate a problem your company is solving
- existing market traction with at least one minimum viable product and evidence of maturity, including revenue, investment or other
- a passionate, strong, and committed management team with at least one senior manager who can commit to participating in the entire program
- sufficient resources to target, visit and achieve growth in the Mexican market

How the program works
This program will offer customized virtual and in person (hybrid) support from August 26 to October 31, 2024. Prior to the official opening, we will conduct individual informal meetings with each selected company to better understand their technology and program expectations, as well as to establish tailored priorities to develop each business strategy.
Program will be split into four main components:
- Market preparedness (Virtual August 26 to September 13, 2024)
- Individual informal meetings (August 26 to 30)
- On-boarding session (September 4)
- First Webinar: "How to do business in Mexico" (September 6)
- Second Webinar: Health and health-tech ecosystem in Mexico and importance of local partners (September 13)
- First sessions with the mentor (September 4 to 13)
- B2B meetings and matchmaking sessions with potential clients, partners, and distributors, as well as continue sessions with mentor (Virtual: September 16 to October 18, 2024)
- In-market portion of the program (In person: Mexico City October 22 to 25, 2024)
- Follow-up / last sessions with mentor / Off-boarding session (Virtual: October 28 to 31, 2024)
